Jaffa-based activists joined many other Palestinians all over the country expressing their rage over the killings of Sami al-Ja’ar and Sami al-Ziyadneh by the Israeli police. Activists, both Palestinians and Jewish allies, took to the city’s historic clock tower square with banners protesting police targeting of Arab citizens of the state and the continued impunity of policemen.
