Palestinian residents of Jaffa, led by the Islamic movement, staged a rally in the city’s “Gazan Park” to commemorate the hundreds of Palestinians who were killed in the past two weeks in the Gaza strip by Israel. Demonstrators held a prayer service, and protested the high death toll, in particular of children and women. Elsewhere in Jaffa, Zionist racists rioted in an attempt to disrupt the demonstration, but were held back by police.
