With the number of Palestinian casualties rising over 100, among then several women and minors, residents of Nabi Saleh confronted the Israeli army in a show of defiance, decrying Israeli impunity and calling for an end to occupation and land grab. The soldiers fired tear gas canisters and many rounds of rubber coated steel bullets, which resulted in a few light injuries.
