“14 is too young”

Israeli activists gathered outside Hakirya military base in Tel Aviv to protest the incarceration of Malak al-Khatib. Malak, only 14 years of age, was arrested in December and accused of stone throwing. In January, the military court sentenced her to a two months prison term and a hefty 6000NIS fine. She is currently held at Hasharon prison where other Palestinian women are also held by Israel.
