During the Friday weekly demonstration in Nabi Saleh, as the Israeli army raided the village, local photographer and journalist Bilal Tamimi was documenting the soldiers’ every move despite their attempts to distance him from the scene. The soldier photographed here is attempting to demonstrate he is not using violence against Tamimi, even though troops often threaten and even use violence against journalists who document IOF brutality.
